Programming

I started learning programming in 2018 with Scratch before teaching myself Python and PyGame. Then I pivoted to web dev to continue creating more games and apps! Since then, I've learned how to apply programming to biology, which includes image processing, statistics, and simulations. I've also learned about robot control mechanisms through FRC.

Art

Art for me is a long story. My parents sent me to art class when I was 4, and I never stopped. Since then, I've learned perspective, color, and design. I've worked with sketches, paintings, and digital. There's no point in me telling you this - check out my gallery!

Software Captain & App Development Lead @ FIRST Robotics

August 2023 - Present
  • Robot competes in three regionals annually and was ranked 8th in the world in 2023
  • Worked on applications our team needs for proper robot diagnosis and debugging
  • Creation of robot diagnostic tool rivaling current FRC standard, with over $1.3M estimated development cost
  • Team pit display has been featured on Behind the Bumpers
  • Developed entire scouting system for information gathering during FIRST competitions
  • Team 2024 summer camp and fall classes lead counselor

  • Led lab group of 4 through experiments and data gathering
  • Organized and designed final presentation to Stanford professors
  • Developed image processing algorithm to count transfected cells, which surprised camp mentors

  • Led group of 4 through modeling reaction-diffusion mathematically using Gierer-Meinhardt equations
  • Helped with clarification of complex topics including linearization at equilibria and usage of eigenvalues
  • Wrote simulations for not just our group but others, implementing them here
  • Organized paper and presentation for professors
